On Tuesday 10th of May 2022 we held the inaugural Old Ewellians Football evening. 21 players attended and we played a three team tournament. The teams were split by year that the pupils left the school and that meant we had the 'Young Team', the 'Experienced Team' and the 'Veterans/Staff Team'.
The Veterans/Staff dominated throughout with great closing down from Channa, clever positioning from Tom White and deadly finishing from Mr Turk. The other two teams battled hard for second place with both teams winning equal number of games to share second place.
The football was friendly and fair which was enjoyed by everyone.
Looking forward to the next evening in 2023.
